You will be a key player in project performance from opportunity through project closure.Location:Your base will be at the European site in Nivelles, Belgium. You may be required to travel to meet customers and suppliers. Key Responsabilities :As part of maintenance contracts for nuclear power plants, you will be responsible for supervising and executing large-scale projects or a portfolio of related projects: Responsible for all phases in the project management process.Define resource requirements for project execution.Understand contract requirements to enable successful project implementation.Use and support Westinghouse project management systems and controls for various projects assuring management is provided with up-to-date and accurate reports of each project status.Identify, Mitigate and Manage risks and opportunities. Communicate project progress to various stakeholders (internal and external).Participate in preparing bids for new projects (technical proposals, budget estimates, scheduling, etc.).Ensure rigorous monitoring of Westinghouse KPIs.Organize project Lessons Learned (REX) meetings. Skills: A Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering; 5 years of relevant professional experienceKnowledge of construction codes (RCCM/ASME) is a plusTechnical English required.Safety and quality culture requiredFluent in French Soft Skills: Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, make decisions, and multitask.Strong communication skills with diverse audiences (project managers, workshop supervisors, technicians, clients…).Ability to understand detailed plans or mechanical assembly drawings.Analytical mindset with a pragmatic approach to resolving technical issues.
