Mission

As Sales Manager, you are responsible for the performance, coaching, and development of the Account Executive team (+/-10 AEs between Brussels and Toronto). You own the delivery of the AE revenue targets, ensuring a healthy pipeline, high win rates, and consistent quota attainment across the team.


You will lead from the front: removing roadblocks, and ensuring our sales process is executed with discipline and precision.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

* Lead, coach, and develop a team of AEs (+/-10 AEs - all levels) across Europe and North America.
* Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and deal strategy sessions
* Hold the team accountable for KPIs and quota attainment
* Recruit, onboard, and ramp new hires effectively
* Identify skill gaps and implement targeted coaching or training
* Deploy and train the team on key tools including Topo (lead generation), HubSpot (CRM), Modjo (call coaching), and Sales Navigator
* Monitor tool usage to drive adoption, operational efficiency, and coaching impact

Sales Performance

* Own the AE revenue number (new business + expansion + renewals)
* Monitor team win rates, deal velocity, and average deal size
* Drive a consistent deal volume and monthly closing cadence across the team to avoid revenue fluctuation and ensure reliable quota attainment

Pipeline & Forecast Management

* Reinforce the importance of pipeline creation every month, aiming for steady SQL inflow and conversion
* Drive accountability for €200K pipeline creation per AE per month (≈ 10 SQLs)
* Oversee accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene (HubSpot)


About You


Experience

* +5 years managing high-performing B2B SaaS/Telco/Consulting/IT sales teams
* Proven track record of exceeding team quotas and driving growth
* Strong background in both new business acquisition and account expansion
* Experience selling into the European and North American markets
* Familiarity with mid-market and enterprise sales cycles

Skills & Mindset

* Inspirational leader with strong coaching skills
* Data-driven decision maker with a focus on execution and results
* Ability to generate and manage large volume of deals
* Fluent in French and/or German, as well as English
