At delaware, our managed services team supports over 350 customers globally, with 300+ service professionals. We provide Application (AMS) and Technical Managed Services (IMS) for SAP, Microsoft, and Salesforce. From early assessments to long‑term support, we’re there for every step of the service lifecycle.
delaware has its offices in Antwerp, Ghent, Kortrijk, Lummen, Liege and Wavre. We also work where we work best, when we work best. But we also spend a lot of time connecting and working together with our customers on‑site. That’s where the magic happens.
What will you be doing?
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will lead several managed services contracts across Microsoft, SAP and Salesforce.
You act as the trusted bridge between the customer and delaware, translating business needs into clear delivery actions while ensuring alignment between expectations, teams, and commitments.

Making sure we deliver what we promised—and more—within quality, time & budget.

Organise and coordinate people, timelines, and deliverables
Since this opportunity centers on customer follow‑up in East Flanders and Antwerp (Ghent‑Antwerp axis), being located in this region is preferred. At the same time, we value flexibility, and you are open to supporting customers outside this area when needed.
Is there a match?
You’re quite the people‑person. This means you’re a good communicator who knows how to deliver a message that inspires and convinces. Your organized way of working makes it easy for everyone to keep track of the objective. You’re proactive, commercially minded, and always one step ahead.
If you also:
Are fluent in both English and Dutch .
Have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with a background in SAP or Microsoft (functional knowledge)
Have a commercial mindset and attitude that allows you to spot opportunities, and you enjoy bringing your own added value to your customers.
Understand budgeting, planning, and cost control
Have a driver’s license
You are ideally based in the Ghent‑Antwerp region, as this aligns with the main customer scope, and you demonstrate the flexibility to support customers outside this area when needed.
