1.Participation in the definition of client' marketing plan and the client's strategic vision:
* Research and analysis of relevant market information
* Carry out energy market benchmarks (energy service providers or European network operators) and functional or generic benchmarks to identify best practices
* Analyze internal/external data at client on customers and the energy market
* Collaborate with the departments of the Customer and Markets Department and other client departments
* Collaborate with client' stakeholders
* Carry out quantitative/qualitative surveys in order to understand customer expectations/needs
* Definition of smartchanneling, continue to monitor trends, specific analysis
* Definition of a roadmap and follow-up of the implementation of BTC segmentation
* Development of business case
* Development of dash board, follow-up
* Drafting of action plans
* Evaluation of results and adaptation of action plans
* Collaboration with the Foresight Networks & Markets department as well as with the Define Clients and Define Markets, Analytics services,...
2. Analysis of opportunities for new products/services
* Carry out studies of opportunities for the development of new products and services
* Define indicators to improve the adoption rates of products/services
* Contribution to business projects - Participate in customer projects as an expert, a contributor.
3. Trends
* Monitoring customer trends and the energy market. Develop a governance for sharing information on trends (including AI).
4. Contribution to business projects: contribute to the organization's various projects by fulfilling one or more roles defined by the governance rules (e.g.: expert, contributor, user representative, team leader, interim manager, etc.) for the definition of the customer/customer impact approach. Contributing to the creation of new governance and demand management processes and monitoring the performance of customer deliverables.
