* Lawyer or Legal Counsel with from 4 to 15 years of experience in commercial law (in-house or private practice).
* Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior management and cross-functional teams.
* Experienced in navigating regulatory frameworks in sectors like Tobacco, Food, Pharma, or FMCG.
* Fluent in English and perfect knowledge of French or Dutch
