As the Benelux Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing our channel partner strategy across the Benelux region. You will develop a product or service through existing or new channels to persuade the sales representatives of the distributors to sell and end users to purchase our products, to maximize the organization’s ability to make a sale based on knowledge of the customer and to handle professional with the (potential) customer to turn the contact into a sale and/or an ongoing customer relationship, all in order to achieve the defined sales & growth targets within the channel.
Develop & implement tactical Benelux channel sales growth plans
Improve channel sales performance through intensive coaching of channel sales resources & joint visits.
Achieve sales/margin targets and (marketing) KPI’s set together with the Regional Sales Manager.
Dedicate 70% time to make calls to distributors, joint visits, hosting seminars and exhibitions, organizing trainings with distributors and analyze the end users needs in a professional way and offer the most appropriate solution.
Create a yearly marketing- and sales plan with the channel partners management and execute and review these plans.
Communicate internally any significant trend or opportunity in the market to sales, marketing and product development.
Continuously evaluate the current channels base in cooperation with the rest of the regional sales team.
Coach the channels’ sales teams and introduce new (Brady brand) products.
Work in close relation with the customer service & inside sales representatives and the territory sales managers for the area.
Ability to set up and implement/execute effective strategic marketing- and sales plans
Background in/affiliation with both marketing- & sales strategies and distributors management
You have minimum a Bachelor degree or similar to experience. You are fluent in Dutch, English and French.
