Our client, a prominent public sector organization, is seeking an Expert CISO & AI Specialist to lead their strategic security posture and drive digital transformation. This role combines high-level cybersecurity governance with the development and implementation of advanced artificial intelligence models.
Develop and maintain the strategic information security policy in alignment with NIS2 and regional frameworks.
Lead cybersecurity risk management, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments for cloud-based platforms.
Oversee security operations and incident response processes while monitoring Azure-based security suites.
Design secure hybrid architectures incorporating zero-trust principles and identity management.
Drive the development and optimization of computer vision and image recognition AI solutions.
Establish an AI governance framework ensuring ethical standards and compliance with the EU AI Act.
What are we looking for?
You have 8+ years of experience in information security management and strategy.
You bring significant expertise in Artificial Intelligence, specifically in computer vision and image recognition.
You possess deep knowledge of ML architectures including CNNs, object detection, and image segmentation.
You're experienced in managing compliance for NIS2 and implementing cybersecurity frameworks.
You have a strong technical background in Microsoft Azure security, including Sentinel and Entra ID.
You bring experience in AI governance, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance regarding the EU AI Act.
You are fluent in Dutch OR French with a good knowledge of the other language.
Nice to Haves
Knowledge of the CyFun framework.
Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
Familiarity with ISO 27001 and 27002 standards.
