Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented solution sales professional to join our team, specializing in HR solutions and digital transformation. In this role, you will help organizations modernize their HR processes through innovative digital platforms and tailored solutions. You will play a key role in business development and solutions sales — finding new prospects and nurturing existing client relationships while identifying new opportunities for growth. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll help design and deliver the most effective solutions based on each client’s unique needs.
Key responsibilities include growing our HR solutions business, engaging in business development activities, collaborating with consultants, project managers and solution architects to co-create HR transformation solutions, understanding clients’ HR strategies and digital transformation needs, overseeing the full sales cycle (opportunity identification, qualification, proposal and contract negotiation), and staying up to date with trends in HR technology (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
Profile / Qualifications
* Proven experience in solution selling of Digital HR Solutions (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.).
* Good understanding of today's technology trends
* Experience in solution selling of complex services projects
* Demonstrated success in new business & client acquisition
* Strong understanding of HR digital transformation challenges and opportunities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and in an international team context.
* Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written). French is a plus
