As a Management Assistant your responsibilities are:
Executive Support
* Preparation of Board of Directors meetings
* Preparation of Executive Committee meetings, compilation and structuring of confidential and strategic information
* Initial processing of incoming and outgoing mail
* Client reception and occasional support for internal calls or as backup for the welcome desk
Organization & Facility Management
* Support for facilities activities: liaising with suppliers, placing orders, monitoring minor works/maintenance
* Logistical coordination between around thirty branches (supplier contact, orders, service follow-up)
* Management of mail, office supplies, and meeting rooms
Communication, Marketing & Events
* Support in organizing internal and client events: staff parties, corporate events, training sessions, etc.
* Website updates, internal communications, marketing coordination
Layout design and FR/NL translation of the weekly internal newsletter
A successful Management Assistant should have:
* Fkuency in both French and Dutch
* A background in Secretarial & Business Support or a related field.
* Proficiency in common office software and tools.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Ability to treat data in a confidential way
