Absenteeism and operational downtime can have a significant impact on your business. That's why our Facility Coordinator role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our facilities. As a proactive and organized individual, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing logistical and facility processes, and overseeing projects to ensure timely completion.
* We are looking for someone with experience in similar roles and proficiency in ERP systems. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities
* Project Management: Coordinate facility projects, including renovations and daily operations, and manage invoicing and proposals for infrastructure improvements.
* Inventory Management: Process shipments, stock items in Microsoft Business Central, and manage goods movements, stock administration, and returns (RMA).
* Environmental Management: Gather CO2-related data, prepare an annual environmental report, and set objectives to ensure compliance with legal requirements and organize external audits.
Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience in similar roles and ERP systems
* Fluency in English, French, and/or Dutch
* Flexible, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, team player, solution-oriented, dynamic, organized, service-minded, strong administrative skills, and proficient in Microsoft tools
