Responsibilities
As a Building Services Graduate at PM Group, your day to day role would involve, but would not be limited to the following activities:
1. Work on exciting projects in the Mission Critical, Pharma, Med Tech, Food, Advance Manufacturing and Energy sectors
2. Coordination with clients, contractors, vendors and other PM Group departments / offices with regard to scope management, deliverables, time lines, resources and 3rd party interfaces / queries. This could include:
3. BCAR inspections
4. Support during construction (contractor queries and submittals)
5. Assist with commissioning activities
6. Coordination of design with other disciplines
7. In conjunction with senior engineers and designers preparation of the following deliverables at various project stages:
8. Calculations (Heating, Cooling, Utilities, etc) and Utility Load Analysis
9. Schematics (Air & Instrument Diagrams, Utility Process & Instrument Diagrams)
10. Schedules & Lists (Equipment, Inline and Terminal items, etc)
11. Data Sheets (AHUs, Boilers, Chillers, etc)
12. Drawings (AHU Zoning, Pressurisation, Services General Arrangements)
13. Pipe Stress Analysis and Fluid Flow modelling
14. Contract Requisitions (installation contracts, turnkey equipment)
15. Cost Estimates
Qualifications
16. Graduate with a Bachelor HVAC & Klimatisatie or Master degree in Mechanical Engineering
17. Ability to work in a vibrant multi discipline collaborative design environment
18. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
19. Strong work ethic and self-starter
20. Flexibility to work both in a design office and on a construction site
21. Good knowledge of Dutch and/or French and English
