In this key role, you will partner closely with plant and commercial teams to drive operational efficiency, ensure financial accuracy, and support strategic decision‑making. You will bridge finance and operations, directly contributing to the performance and profitability of the business. This role reports to the Finance Director. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for the Belgium site. /li liDevelop and implement finance and operational procedures. /li liMonitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and provide actionable insights. /li liAnalyse production costs, variances, and operational KPIs. /li liEnsure accurate month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end financial closings. /li liPartner with plant management to identify cost‑saving opportunities. /li liMaintain internal controls and compliance with local regulations. /li liPrepare financial reports and present insights to senior management. /li liDrive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems. /li liOversee statutory accounts, tax filings, and liaise with auditors. /li liCollaborate with commercial teams to achieve financial targets. /li libLead and develop a finance team based in other European locations. /b /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li4+ years experience in Finance / Controlling roles. /li liGood understanding or previous expertise in accounts payable receivables. /li liDegree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. /li liExperience in accounting or finance roles, with team management experience. /li liStrong MS Office skills, especially Excel. /li liManufacturing or Big consulting Audit experience a plus. /li liResults‑oriented, dynamic, and adaptable professional. /li liExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels. /li liAnalytical mindset with high attention to detail. /li liKnowledge of excise duty regulations is a plus. /li liStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines. /li liComfortable in an international, cross‑functional environment. /li liFluent in Dutch (Flemish), English French a must have and all other languages a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
