Job Description
* Provide technical support to staff and internal users;
* Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and devices;
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls;
* Monitor networks, systems, and IT infrastructure;
* Support the implementation of information security policies;
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues;
* Support educational and administrative platforms used by the school;
* Maintain IT inventory and asset control;
* Coordinate with technology vendors and service providers;
* Prepare technical documentation and internal procedures;
* Participate in technology improvement and innovation projects.
Experience
* Previous experience in IT support and infrastructure;
* Experience supporting users in a corporate environment;
* Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and networking is considered a plus.
Required Skills/Abilities
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in: Information Technology; Computer Science; Information Systems; Computer Networks or Related fields;
* Advanced English;
* Windows and/or macOS operating systems;
* Microsoft 365 and corporate tools;
* TCP/IP networking, Wi‑Fi, and troubleshooting;
* Active Directory and user management;
* Hardware support and basic maintenance;
* Information security and backup concepts;
* Remote support tools;
* Basic server and infrastructure knowledge.
