SVibe is redefining sexual wellness — built for the body, crafted for those ready to go Beyond the Basics. We’re hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager to build our creator ecosystem from zero. You’ll recruit and manage influencers, educators, and wellness advocates who authentically represent our brand — navigating the platform minefield of sexual wellness with coded language, compliant creative, and real commercial results.

What You’ll Do
* Build and manage SVibe’s influencer program: identify, vet, negotiate, and onboard creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts.
* Develop tiered partnerships: gifting, affiliate, paid collaborations, and long-term ambassador programs.
* Brief creators on brand voice and platform compliance; ensure content is Playfully Sophisticated yet platform-safe.
* Navigate platform content policies for sexual wellness; develop creative workarounds when content is flagged.
* Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, CPA). Manage budgets, contracts, and FTC/ASA compliance.
* Build relationships with sex educators and wellness professionals. Stay ahead of creator economy trends.
What You Bring
* 3–6+ years influencer marketing in beauty, wellness, health, or lifestyle brands.
* Proven results managing influencer programs that drove measurable revenue — bring your numbers.
* Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube ecosystems and algorithms.
* Experience with platform-restricted content. Strong project management juggling 20+ creator relationships.
* Familiarity with influencer tools (CreatorIQ, Grin, AspireIQ). Excellent negotiation skills.
* Comfortable with sexual wellness category. Fluent English; Spanish/European languages a strong plus.
