Requirements

— Proven experience in managing sales and business development teams: You should have a successful track record of leading high-performing teams, setting clear targets, and driving revenue growth through strategic execution.
— Results-oriented mindset: We're seeking someone who is not just process-driven, but also laser-focused on outcomes. You should be able to set ambitious goals and deliver measurable business impact.
— Leadership experience in a team lead or senior strategic role: As a key part of our leadership structure, you will be expected to inspire, coach, and guide your team toward continuous improvement and innovation.
— Track record of success in a CBDO or equivalent executive role: We value real-world experience in scaling businesses, building partnerships, and shaping company growth strategies from the ground up.
Responsibilities
— Lead and oversee the Sales and Business Development teams to ensure alignment with company goals and consistent performance improvements across all verticals.
— Drive the sales team towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue goals by setting clear objectives, providing regular feedback, and implementing effective sales strategies.
— Conduct and manage daily team meetings and performance reporting, maintaining transparency, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
— Strategically prioritize the Merchant verticals and develop targeted business development strategies to maximize market penetration and long-term value.
