Work you'll do
Responsible for Government, institutional or private projects
Planning, directing and coordinating projects
Providing schedules and training to the team
Supervising and preparing concept design, schematic design, detail design, tender documents and construction documents
Project management and contract administration
Chair client meetings and site visit

We are looking for someone with
Bachelor/Master Degree holder in Architecture
Hong Kong Authorized Person qualification
Minimum 3 years' post-qualification (HKIA or equivalent) experience in architectural projects in Hong Kong and China
Strong design and contract administration skills
Sound knowledge in construction/technical details
Well-versed in Hong Kong and China building regulations
Leverages deep industry knowledge, broad functional capabilities, and state of the art technology to drive building projects forward in innovative ways.
Excellent analytical and communication skills with high commitment to quality client service
Self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, including both technical and business writing, good documentation and presentation skills
