Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join our team. Your responsibilities will include proactively following up on outstanding invoices, sending reminders and handling overdue payments via phone and email, managing monthly administrative checks on cash collection cases, supporting invoicing follow-ups, and answering customer queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Ideally, you will have first experience in a finance-related position. You should possess excellent communication skills, a confident and proactive approach, and a very strong command of English combined with fluency in at least one of the following languages: Dutch, German, Italian, Romanian, Czech, Slovenian, Slovak, or Polish. Strong administrative skills and attention to detail are essential, as is good knowledge of Excel.
