Prevention Advisor Level 2 – technical background – operational – FR/NL/EN – mobile across the BELUX Your New Company Hays is looking for a Level 2 Prevention Advisor for a client active in the outdoor advertising sector. The company employs around 350 people in Belgium and Luxembourg and is part of an international group renowned for its expertise and innovation. Your New Role In this role, you play a central part in developing and structuring the prevention policy. You help strengthen the safety culture and ensure that activities comply with all applicable legislation.Your responsibilities include: Managing the safety policy from A to Z, both on-site and at administrative level Raising awareness and supporting teams through coaching, training and sharing best practices Conducting risk and safety analyses, ensuring legal and environmental compliance, and proposing improvement actions Being present on high‑risk work sites to ensure operational safety Carrying out investigations following incidents or accidents, analysing root causes, and implementing preventive measures Conducting audits and inspections, following up on actions and contributing to continuous improvement Preparing EHS reports for the group and the authorities Setting up and maintaining a centralised library of safety procedures and instructions You report directly to the Deputy Operations Director and work closely with internal teams. Your Profile You have completed a technical education, preferably in electricity or electromechanics.You hold a Level 2 Prevention Advisor certificate and possess a solid foundation in safety and EHS processes.You stand out through your interpersonal skills, communication abilities, persuasive approach, and pragmatic mindset toward change.You have an excellent command of French, a good knowledge of Dutch (minimum B2), and a functional knowledge of English (B1).You are mobile and willing to travel regularly within Belgium and occasionally to Luxembourg.You enjoy fieldwork and adopt a structured, collaborative working style.
