You work at the heart of our digital channels, where millions of customers log in, transfer money, manage their accounts and navigate through everyday banking features. In this role, you compare two existing digital banking environments and translate local needs into clear, structured requirements for one central, future‑proof platform. You dive deep into processes, user journeys and system interactions, and turn your findings into concrete specifications and user stories that guide our development teams. You collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects and international Scrum teams. Together, you ensure that every new feature is well‑designed, functionally aligned and ready for implementation. Your new role In this role, you become the linking pin between business expectations and digital delivery. You analyze how customers interact with online and mobile banking platforms, identify functional gaps and help shape the roadmap for a unified digital experience. You’ll translate complex processes into clear user stories, refine solution designs together with architects and ensure development teams have everything they need to build high‑quality features. From functional deep dives to cross‑team alignment, you play a crucial part in making online banking smoother, smarter and more consistent across countries. Your profile You’re an analytical, structured and communicative Functional Analyst with a strong interest in digital platforms, especially online and mobile banking. You enjoy understanding how systems work, how users behave and how both come together in robust, user‑friendly features What you bring Min. 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst Experience with online retail banking (web/mobile) A solid understanding of SOA, REST and API concepts Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex requirements into clear functional documentation Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management High accuracy, attention to detail and a proactive work attitude Experience collaborating with diverse (local/offshore) teams Your technical toolkit UML / BPMN modelling Experience with application migration Knowledge of web/mobile front‑end applications Hands‑on use of Jira, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect Familiar with ALM tools Strong understanding of relational databases & SQL Basic web technologies: HTML5 / CSS3 and mock‑up creation Knowledge of Java environments What you need to do now Are you interested in this role?
