Your role
As our Loyalty & Promotions Coordinator, you will create and execute engaging customer actions that drive excitement, build loyalty and convert visitors into returning guests. From launching dynamic on-site promotions to designing strategies that turn rooftop and theatre guests into restaurant or casino customers, you’ll help make the VIAGE experience seamless and irresistible.
You’ll work closely with the Gaming, Slots, F&B, and Events teams to create cross-departmental activations, while collaborating with the Marketing team for visibility and communication.
Your responsabilities
* Plan and coordinate on-site promotions (e.g. themed campaigns, prize draws, slot tournaments, activations)
* Build and implement loyalty actions to increase customer retention and repeat visits
* Develop conversion strategies to guide guests from rooftop/theatre/events into the restaurant and gaming areas
* Collaborate with internal teams (Gaming, F&B, Events) to align objectives and execution
* Ensure on-the-floor presence during activations to guarantee smooth delivery and guest engagement
* Evaluate promotion performance, collect feedback, and track KPIs for continuous improvement
* Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
* Work with the marketing team to support campaign messaging and visual communication
Your profile
* Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
* Hands-on, curious, and motivated to be present and active
during live events and promotions
* Background in hospitality, entertainment, retail, or marketing
preferred
* Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
* Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and during key
promotion periods
* Organized and analytical, able to track campaign results and
report findings
* Able to balance creative thinking with structured execution
