In this role, you'll take ownership of the strategy, development, and quality of one or more of our fixed connectivity products. Whether it's fixed broadband, WiFi or security products. You’ll collaborate across engineering, digital, IT, marketing, customer operations and external partners to bring products from concept to launch, and into the hands of our residential and SoHo (small office/home office) customers. You’ll craft and own the roadmap and be the driving force behind an exceptional experience for users across our Telenet and Base brands. By leveraging the power of AI and emerging technologies, you’ll help us anticipate customer needs and deliver smarter, more personalized solutions. We will make sure you have a fun and rewarding experience while doing so. Your tasks as our junior product manager You lead key product initiatives for the fixed connectivity roadmap. Based on research & existing data, you build extensive knowledge and deep understanding of customer needs in the fixed connectivity area, and you translate this into relevant insights and business opportunities. You anticipate competitive changes and market trends and translate this into roadmaps. You scan and analyze the market for emerging technologies, use of AI and perform assessments of what technologies could be useful for Telenet and/or its customers. You are on top of our customers’ experience through various channels (research, sales channels, customer care, field technicians, web, …). You work closely with other connectivity team members and our global partners to align the product roadmap. You work on business cases for your initiatives together with go-to-market, finance and strategy. You manage the product lifecycle of the solutions within your portfolio. You monitor customer satisfaction of our connectivity solutions, and initiate projects to improve the connectivity experience and bring innovation to the customer. You act as the product expert and internal/external product evangelist You work closely together with Engineering, IT, market research and digital/ app teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of your projects. Your profile as our junior product manager You have a university degree in economics, marketing, industrial or computer engineering, business administration or relevant qualifications through experience. You have relevant product management experience or engineering experience. You are passionate about technology, telecom and media. You are a real team player, willing to work in an agile environment, who also gets results by his/her own efforts You take ownership of your projects and can act as a ‘go-to’ person You combine strong analytical skills with a creative and positive mind You are a strong and convincing communicator Strong knowledge of Dutch with a solid knowledge of English, both spoken and written Experience in fixed connectivity and/or digital solutions is a plus Our offer to you At Telenet group, you get more than just an attractive gross salary.
