IT Support Technician Imerys, a world leader in mineral-based solutions, is looking for a driven IT Support Technician to join our team in Belgium! As our IT Support Technician, you'll be the first point of contact for your colleagues, ensuring swift and efficient resolution of IT issues. You'll work in a dynamic environment, supporting both our office and industrial plant locations. Your key responsibilities will include: Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware & software (workstations, mobile devices, etc.). Providing first-line support to our end-users, both remotely and on-site. Analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues through our ticketing system. Collaborating with L2/L3 colleagues (Server, Network) and industrial teams on IT/OT solutions. Actively participating in IT projects and helping to manage the IT fleet. Who you are: You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar IT Support role. You possess strong knowledge of Windows workstations and Active Directory. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Servers and Cisco networking is a plus. You are service-oriented, proactive, and a strong problem-solver. Excellent communication skills in English are a must; other languages are an advantage. You have a driver's license, are willing to travel to our different sites, and are open to participating in an on-call rotation.
