About the role
As a Talent Acquistion Specialist, you’ll play a central role in recruiting and matching the best engineering talents with the projects of our clients. You’ll work in with dynamic, fast-paced team, in an open environment, collaborating with talents, colleagues and clients to ensure we meet their recruitment needs and talents expectations. This role offers variety, challenge, and the chance to make an impact in the high-tech sector.
Key responsabilities
* Write engaging vacancies: Craft compelling job postings to attract top talent.
* Actively source candidates: Use diverse channels, including databases, job fairs, and networking, to find the right profiles.
* Screen and interview: Conduct interviews and manage the recruitment process, including technical tests and screenings.
* Collaborate with teams: Work closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues and business managers to align recruitment efforts with client needs.
* Build relationships: Create and maintain a proactive network of engineering professionals.
* Negotiate offers: Handle salary and package negotiations to secure the perfect match.
* Onboarding: Making our new talents feel welcome and guarantee that they get the full VeroTech experience from the start.
* Projects: Participate in different projects to shape the talent acquisition process within VeroTech.
What we are looking for
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Communication, or a related field.
* At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a technical or engineering context.
* A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with candidates and colleagues.
* You take initiative and are result-oriented.
* You can handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
* Fluent in Dutch, good knowledge of English and French.
* You’re eager to connect with professionals in R&D and engineering.
