Service Coordinator – Engines | Antwerp, Belgium
€4,500 gross/month I Permanent I Onsite
We are seeking a Service Coordinator to join a leading maritime engine field services team in Antwerp. This role is central to managing complex service projects for large 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines, ensuring smooth coordination between service engineers, internal teams, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day project management for multiple service assignments.
* Plan and schedule a team of 15+ service engineers, optimising resources and skills.
* Maintain operational oversight and align internal teams with client agreements.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
* Work alongside Key Account Managers, supporting client relationships through operational excellence.
Requirements:
* 3- 7 years of experience in this industry, coordinating the team and clients.
* Knowledge of 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines.
* Maritime or shipping industry experience.
* Strong organisational, multitasking, and project management skills.
* Fluent in Dutch.
* Based in the Antwerp area
* Driver's license B is a must
What's on Offer:
* Starting salary: €4,500 gross/month.
* Standard hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
* 13.92 monthly payments per year (including holiday allowance and December bonus).
