Role & key responsibilities in business controlling
* Act as a financial partner to operational stakeholders, translating performance data into insights that support commercial decision-making.
* Monitor revenue, margins and cost drivers to identify risks and opportunities early.
* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, strengthening financial predictability in a dynamic retail environment.
* Deliver clear variance analyses that help management understand trends and adjust strategy proactively.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting tools and controlling processes.
This role combines analytical depth with real business proximity.
Your background & experience in finance
* Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling, financial analysis or audit.
* Experience within a Big 4 firm is a strong advantage.
* Dutch and/or French
* Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a valuable asset.
What this role offers
* Gross annual salary between €75,000 and €90,000, aligned with your experience
