FREELANCE BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGER
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Project Manager to drive the development and execution of a forward-looking Employee Benefits strategy. In this role, you will bridge business and IT, translating stakeholder needs into impactful digital solutions and leading innovation initiatives from idea to delivery.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
* Minimum 5 years of experience leading digital transformation, innovation, or customer journey projects
* Strong understanding of employee benefits and their role in the overall employee experience
* Affinity with financial services and/or the insurance industry
* Proven experience working in agile environments and managing cross-functional teams
* Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex needs into clear solutions and priorities
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across different levels of the organization
* Ability to work autonomously while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives
* Capable of balancing long-term vision with short-term deliverables
* Fluent in English, with Dutch and/or French as an additional asset
