For our client in Brussels we are looking for a Quality Officer to manage and follow‑up all Quality related topics within a major Offshore project.
Mission
You act as the primary Quality Officer for the Island Package, ensuring all quality‑related activities are properly managed and monitored.
You serve as the main interface between Quality Assurance and Quality Control, working closely with the package team and the EPC Contractor.
You implement and maintain the Project Quality Management System in line with the Elia Quality Management Plan and project requirements.
You review, challenge, and approve quality documentation from the EPC Contractor and subcontractors.
You participate in internal and external audits, supporting quality control activities, including non‑conformity follow‑up and risk mitigation.
Profile
You have at least 5 years of proven experience in Quality Management, preferably in offshore, EPCI, maritime, or large civil works projects.
You hold a technical degree (Bachelor/Master or equivalent) and possess strong skills in document management, data analysis, and IT tools.
You are structured, proactive, and detail‑oriented, with a critical mindset and the ability to challenge when necessary.
You are a strong team player, able to motivate colleagues and promote compliance with quality processes and procedures.
You are fluent in English; Dutch is an asset. You are based in Belgium and available for occasional business or offshore trips.
