Sales Support
What would your job entail?
As a Sales Support professional, you will leverage your expertise to position yourself as a key link between customers and the Sales team. Your contribution is essential to the overall success of the business. Working closely with your team, you will be responsible for the following:
* Ensuring an excellent customer experience by overseeing a smooth and efficient process from initial request through to delivery;
* Supporting the Sales team in issuing, renewing and processing of sales orders;
* Maintaining ongoing communication with customers and suppliers;
* Acting as a central point of contact for Finance, Operations, Sales, and Management;
* Assisting in securing and managing key contracts, both domestically and internationally.
Job requirements
What characteristics are we looking for in our Sales Support?
* You have a bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent) and are at the start of your professional career, either as a recent graduate or with some initial work experience.
* You want to grow with us. Ideally, you have a clear affinity with Networking & Cybersecurity and you are highly motivated to develop expertise in this domain. As a starter, you will receive extensive training within your team.
* You are a problem solver with an eye for detail and excellent communication skills. You naturally double-check sales orders to ensure that everything is passed on correctly.
* You are a real team player with an entrepreneurial and proactive attitude.
* You communicate fluently in English and Dutch, complemented by a basic knowledge of French.
* You live in Belgium.
