YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Data Analytics Translator for our client in the automotive sector. You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical data teams, translating business needs into data-driven solutions.
You'll Play a Key Role In
* Creating value from business-driven data and analytics initiatives by supporting stakeholders in their data objectives throughout various project stages
* Helping businesses identify valuable use cases and supporting prioritization based on feasibility and potential impact
* Supporting the development of minimum viable products and business cases during ideation and prototyping phases
* Ensuring successful adoption of data products and services by embedding them into workflows and measuring their impact
* Uncovering and translating business requirements in a way that technical specialists can understand and implement
* Working with executive leadership to support data-driven vision, strategy, and operating models
YOUR PROFILE
* 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analytics Translator or similar role
* Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences in an easily understood and actionable manner
* Experience facilitating sessions to elicit ideas, understand issues, and encourage group participation
* Creative thinking capabilities for framing new concepts and brainstorming future products and services
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both business domain teams and technical data teams
* Good understanding of data & analytics concepts including diagnostic, descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics, AI technologies, and data management principles
* Basic understanding of programming languages (Python & SQL), data platforms (Snowflake, Collibra), BI tools (Microsoft Power BI), and GenAI/LLM technologies
