Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Operations: Oversee daily services including office facilities, staff housing, transportation, catering, and workplace safety. Coordinate outsourced services to ensure quality standards are met.
* Policy & Process Management: Implement and refine administrative policies, procedures, and internal controls to comply with corporate and local regulations.
* Budget Oversight: Manage resources and assets to ensure cost-effective use of administrative capabilities.
* Procurement & Compliance: Support procurement processes and ensure compliance with regulations while developing relationships with reliable suppliers.
* External Engagement: Maintain communication with public authorities and monitor policy developments affecting operations.
* Team Leadership: Build and mentor a capable administrative team, supporting professional development and performance excellence.
Candidate Qualifications & Preferences
* Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Experience: Previous experience in administrative roles within corporate, academic, or research environments is preferred.
