What You'll Do
Liaise with key stakeholders to deliver all aspects of assigned projectsDevelop and implement project execution strategiesPrepare site logistics, mobilisation, and demobilisation plansDevelop and manage project schedules aligned with key milestones, coordinating across all trades and CSA worksDevelop and control project budgets and cost plansReview, approve, and implement project quality plans and proceduresReview, approve, and implement project EHS management plansLead, manage, and motivate project construction and engineering teamsEstablish submission and approval processes with clients and design consultantsDevelop and monitor material procurement schedules in line with programme requirementsSelect and appoint subcontractors and supply chain partners in line with project specificationsChair weekly internal, supplier, and subcontractor coordination meetingsOversee project cost and revenue control, issuing regular performance reportsAttend client and project management meetingsLiaise with senior subcontractor and supplier management to proactively resolve risks and roadblocksMaintain ongoing coordination with client design teams and main contractors to ensure project performanceDevelop and implement testing and commissioning procedures
Essential Criteria
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar project management roleProfessional project management qualification or a relevant trade qualificationProven CSA project management experienceStrong understanding of applicable safety codes and regulatory requirementsExperience conducting health and safety risk assessments and implementing control measuresVendor and subcontractor management experience, with the ability to monitor performance and deliverySolid knowledge of project management principles, including delivery of data centre upgrade worksExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsStrong leadership, motivational, and influencing abilities with high personal integrityAbility to communicate technical and business issues clearly to non-technical audiencesAbility to work effectively under pressure and within strict deadlinesWillingness to travel and work internationally as required
