Our client is looking for a Tribe Scrum Master to join them on a contract basis. Please be aware for this role the successful candidate must speak English and French/Dutch.
You will be based out of their Brussels office and will be required to go into the office 50% of the time.
Key responsibilities
Be an ambassador of agile methods within the company
Schedule and follow the key steps of the Agile methodology
Guarantee a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the Cluster face any obstacles
Set up and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies and other meetings at Cluster Level
Provide to his/her superiors a reporting on the proper deployment of the Scrum methodology within projects
Remove barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from outside distractions
Required skills
Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools.
Understanding of tooling on automated unit testing, automated functional testing and continuous integration tooling
Sound knowledge of software development methodology
