We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented administrative intern to support our Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in office management, administration, or business support who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment.
Your internship of at least 3 months will be an exciting journey across different responsibilities.
* Provide day-to-day administrative support;
* Manage internal documentation;
* Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports and presentations;
* Support communication with partners, suppliers, or internal teams;
* Helping improve administrative systems and suggesting optimizations.
Your Menu
To be able to thrive in this role, we believe you need to possess:
* Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Office Management, Business Administration, or similar;
* Native Dutch or French, fluent in the other language + English;
* Multitasking, flexible, customer oriented;
