Working in the Central Delivery Team:
The TIMI Delivery Manager in the Central Delivery team is responsible for the smooth, timely, and seamless implementation of all new or modified working methods and/or materials among various stakeholders, both within the Wyre organization and with external partners, in accordance with the existing TIMI process. As a TIMI Delivery Manager, you are the key figure ensuring that our operational processes run smoothly during the transition to new systems, technologies, materials, and ways of working. You play a crucial role in preparing our organization for changes and ensuring we are ready to successfully launch new initiatives.
Your Role as Operational Readiness Specialist:
1. You are responsible for organizing and chairing the recurring TIMI meetings.
2. You own, monitor, and steer the TIMI process.
3. You continuously challenge the TIMI team/delivery teams.
4. You actively coordinate and follow up on the defined action points with the various owners to achieve the agreed/imposed deadlines for implementation.
5. You develop and implement detailed project plans and scenarios.
6. You coordinate between different departments to ensure all aspects of the operation are ready for the change.
7. You propose optimizations to the existing process and ensure smooth implementation of these proposals.
8. You keep the TIMI reporting up to date.
9. You report transparently and proactively on the progress of ongoing topics and escalate blocking issues in a timely manner.
Our Ideal Operational Readiness Specialist:
10. You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a dynamic and complex environment.
11. You are fluent in Dutch and English.
12. You have a Master's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
13. You are capable of understanding and assessing the impact of the initiatives to be implemented, including the technical terminology/elements.
14. You can draw connections between the various related domains within Wyre and its partners.
15. You possess analytical and organizational skills.
16. You have good communication, listening, and consultation skills to understand and consolidate stakeholders' opinions.
17. You can act as a bridge between different domains.
18. You are proactive and pragmatic.
19. You are eager to learn and open to change.
