The opportunity
To support the Azelis’ growth strategy we have a unique opportunity within our ERP team. We are looking for a proactive ERP Technical Architect with strong technical, analytical and communication skills.
This is an in-house opportunity at Azelis for an ambitious personality to play an active role in our ERP roll out across the globe from an overall Dynamics 365 solution perspective.
Furthermore this person will play a key role in improvement projects as part of our continuous improvement efforts.

Reporting & Location
The ERP Technical Architect reports to the Group ERP Manager based in the Azelis Group HQ in Antwerp but is open for applications globally.
The Role
The mission of the ERP Technical Architect is to show technical leadership in the ERP domain. This by acting as a key intermediate between our IT community, service desk and our external partners regarding Dynamics 365 application management. The Technical Architect will manage, together with our internal and external teams the ongoing changes in the ERP domain (implementation of add-ons, platform updates, integrations, ...).
Main Accountabilities
4. Manage the overall system administration of the different Dynamics 365 F&O environments, ensure builds and releases run smoothly
5. Act as the single point design authority between functional and technical teams.
6. Develop creative approaches to improve or replace existing Dynamics 365 F&O processes and procedures.
7. Define and maintain the future state architecture for our ERP landscape.
8. Assist in the planning, sourcing and future execution of the Dynamics 365 F&O platform updates.
9. Ensure code quality levels are met by managing code reviews and impact analysis.
10. Analyse and document complex business requirements and translate these to technical specifications with realistic estimates.
11. Optimize the system performance, scalability and security and perform quality control on these
12. Maintain and extend our Azure DevOps ALM processes.
13. Take the lead in integration projects from ERP side.
14. Stay up to date with the new features from Microsoft
15. Deliver training and share knowledge across teams
Qualification & Skills
We are looking for a proactive personality that is ready to work in an international rapidly changing and challenging environment, with the following qualifications & skills:
16. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Dynamics 365 F&O as a technical lead or architect
17. Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O processes, architecture and infrastructure sizing
18. Knowledge on how to setup and maintain Azure Devops ALM processes
19. Overall Azure and Power platform knowledge (Azure API Management, LogicApps, …) is considered a plus
20. Detail oriented and organized, delivery of qualitative and reliable output
21. Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills,
22. Flexible, able to work autonomously and take ownership of the assignments
23. Experienced in collaborating with diverse cultures and managing projects and technical teams across multiple time zones
24. Fluent in English
