JOB DESCRIPTION
1. You will report to the Head of CRM Traffic & Recruitment.
2. You are working for all sites (France, Benelux, Germany, Spain, Italy & Switzerland).
3. You are working for all business scopes (Flash Sales, Brandsplace, Clearance, Media, Le Club...)
4. The CRM Project Manager is responsible for the implementation of the strategic CRM projects in order to accelerate the positive dynamic of all our segments.
5. He/She works closely with the technical campaigns operators to deliver the CRM plan.
6. The scope will be transversal, by integrating relevant triggers and deploying new mechanics to develop our member base. You will manage both triggers (automated) at group level & ad hoc communications.
7. Within your team, you are responsible for :
8. 1/ - recruit new members(NM) & activate First Time Buyers (FTB).
9. 2/ - drive incremental and qualified traffic on Veepee & Privalia through personalized, high-impact CRM initiatives
10. 3/ - boost visit frequency & stickiness (app holder)
11. 4/ - Optimise contactability rate for all channels (email, push, ...)
TASKS
12. You define the CRM adhoc plan and are responsible for implementing it, collaborating with the CRM deliveries team.
13. You brief the agency and/or graphic designer to build templates.
14. You define the targeted audiences.
15. You brief the technical campaigns operators to implement/configure campaigns within our ecosystem.
16. You daily monitor the performances of our actions.
17. You are responsible for all B2B triggers : meaning : all use cases triggered by "a sale opening" : Daily Invitation, Weekly, Brand Alert...
MUST HAVE skills
18. We're looking for a CRM Project Manager, Traffic & Acquisition (M/W/X) with a sharp business acumen and strong collaborative skills, essential for thriving within our multidisciplinary teams.
19. You're recognized for your autonomy, rigour, and organizational prowess, alongside solid analytical abilities and a knack for effective problem-solving.
20. Your leadership will enable you to successfully steer your projects.
21. Fluency in Dutch, and English is mandatory to ensure seamless interaction with our international teams and partners. A good command of German would be a significant asset.
