POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dynamic, talented Key Account Manager to join our eCommerce team and manage some of our most iconic brands. You will be responsible for the full eCommerce P&L. This role involves leading the sell-out execution strategy, driving business development opportunities, and building strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders and potential partners. MAJOR DUTIES
* Lead the development and execution of strategies that will deliver growth and meet Sell Out and Sell-In targets.
* Track and manage main eCommerce KPIs and digital shelf quality daily, analyse and implement a continuous improvement process
* Manage relationship with Amazon teams (weekly meetings, JBP progress, business strategy, and operational improvements)
* Work closely with marketing & sales teams to design selection strategy, drive a best-in-class customer experience, and maximize revenue growth.
* Manage multiple P&Ls in collaboration with internal stakeholders (finance teams, demand & supply)
* Work closely with customer service and operations teams to have seamless business execution.
* Set & drive Amazon Advertising strategy (in close collaboration with local marketing teams, advertising agency, and Amazon Ads teams)
* Be comfortable working in an agile environment (Trello, Asana, etc.) and using BI tools (Vendor Central, AMS, Cobalt Jungle Scout, Salsify, etc.)
EXPERIENCE
5 years in the eCommerce business as KAM/BDM
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Strong communication skills
* Business / Sales / Finance / Engineering background
* Analytical, data-driven
* Excel advanced
* Business fluency in English and Spanish.
* German or Italian is a nice-to-have.

Live in Barcelona or its surroundings (the position is located in Cornellà de Llobregat, Barcelona).
