The ideal candidate will be the hands-on point of contact for talent acquisition, owning the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to managing pipelines and negotiating offers.
In collaboration with the marketing team, they will lead role-specific recruitment campaigns using social media and other platforms to promote the employer brand and engage top talent.
This role requires at least 5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition in-house, with a proven track record of building relationships and influencing at all levels.
