The Sales Trainer will have the following responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to maximize sales and brand visibility.
* Monitor and analyze sales performance and KPIs to identify opportunities and gaps.
* Ensure merchandising compliance through regular client visits and market checks.
* Coach and support sales teams with tailored training to boost skills and sell-out performance.
* Drive commercial momentum during key periods (e.g., holiday season).
* Conduct analytical reviews and audits of market trends, competition, and business performance.
* Bring strong commercial skills combined with genuine passion for watches and product knowledge.
Jouw profiel
* At least 2 years of experience in a sales position
* Knowledge of Retail and ideally luxury sector
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Keen attention to detail
* Fluency in French, Dutch and English is mandatory
