Job Description
They're hiring a Head of Global Sales to architect and execute the commercial strategy for a high‑value medical device characterized by an extended sales cycle. This person will:
1. Identify business opportunities for the organization and define the sales strategy
2. Lead an international sales team and upscale the team whilst partnering closely with product management and stakeholders
3. Deepen market presence across geographies (SE Asia, Latin-America etc)
4. Accelerate new applications and restore commercial effectivities
5. Own the selling process end-to-end and converting long, multi-stakeholder CAPEX cycles for systems (>10mio EUR)
