Key Responsibilities
* As a Workplace and Public Cloud consultant, responsible for implementation of Modern Workplace and Public Cloud for our customers.
* As a support engineer, involved in development, deployment, and support of modern solutions for the modern workplace.
* Focus on cloud and hybrid implementations.
* Participate in creation of technical proposals and advise customers.
* Coach and guide colleagues constructively.
Key Qualifications
* Passion for Microsoft and awareness of the latest trends and developments to deploy, secure, and manage workplaces.
* Technical expertise in Microsoft Workplace (e.g., Office 365), Microsoft Enterprise Mobility + Security, and Citrix.
* Hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent relevant experience.
* Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communicator, team player, and customer‑centric.
* Flexible attitude to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
* Sense of organization and eye for detail.
* Preferably bilingual or willing to take language courses to improve language skills.
