Why this role matters

We are on a mission to make our brand stand out globally: consistent, inspiring, and desirable across every digital touchpoint. As Digital Brand Communication Manager, you will be at the forefront of building our global brand presence, with a direct impact in EMEA.


This is a role for a digital storyteller who thrives on strategy and execution. From social media to influencer relations, from digital PR to international awareness campaigns: you know how to spark attention organically and authentically. You will also build the toolkits and content that help our e-commerce and partner teams activate locally with impact.


What you’ll do

* Build the global brand: Develop digital frameworks, playbooks, and toolkits that ensure consistent, premium storytelling worldwide.
* Lead in EMEA: Translate global strategy into action, run awareness-driven campaigns, and adapt plans to local markets.
* Own social & influencer marketing: Define global strategy, manage frameworks, and activate inspiring campaigns in EMEA.
* Drive earned visibility: Lead digital PR, manage agencies, and leverage your PR/influencer network (especially in BE, FR, DE, UK)
* Create content with impact: Manage calendars, assets, and guidelines to deliver campaigns that land with the right tone and visuals.
* Collaborate & connect: Bridge between global direction and local execution, working closely with product, creative, and regional marketing teams.


What we’re looking for

* 8+ years of experience in digital brand communication (global or regional).
* Proven track record in building awareness through social, influencer, PR, and earned-media activations.
* Not a performance specialist, but someone who excels in top-funnel brand storytelling with proven experience in creating awareness, rooted in earned media, PR, social, and influencer engagement
* Strong content and project management skills; able to go from strategy to execution seamlessly.
* International mindset with experience working across multiple markets.
* Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-driven, comfortable in a fast-paced
* environment.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* A strong PR network across Belgium/France/Germany/ UK is a big plus, as these markets are key for our visibility.
* Willing to relocate to Antwerp (preferred).
