As a CIC Officer, you play a key role in managing and responding to all incoming inquiries from our customers and dealers. You will follow up on cases and handle various back-office tasks. You answer general and contract management questions via phone and email as thoroughly as possible and also work on more complex cases. Additionally, you are responsible for contract adjustments, from calculation to activation. Your duties include executing back-office activities such as penalty follow-ups, monitoring expired contracts, and managing control checklists. Above all, you strive to achieve high customer satisfaction.
