As Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for initiating and executing marketing activities for Robert Half in your region, working closely with the local marketing and PR team and your peers and managers at an international level. You will be the local POC for field requests to create sales enablement assets, DySi posts and provide DySi training, and will manage our extensive event program.
Responsibilities include:
Collateral production and distribution:
* Develop and create all sorts of print and digital collateral from simple PDFs or signature picker, email templates to brochures or leaflets (e.g., Salary Guide)
* Create and update presentations for internal and external use: from copy and design to graphs and charts
* Design or video editing
* Responsibility for the internal distribution of sales enablement assets via all relevant channels: Connect, CVE… (Virtual) Event:
* Coordinate all (virtual) client events across the region. This includes working with the local field managers and sales support teams as well as Protiviti, coordinate details of all events including arranging:
o Digital invitations and training on invitation process
o Social promotion of events (organic & paid)
o Coordinate aspects like the speakers, catering, location, signage, advertising/content, and marketing materials etc.
o Manage budget, track spending, assess ROI
* Coordinate all campus recruitment activities in collaboration with the internal experience team
Social Media:
* Responsibility for the editorial event promo plan for organic social media
* Co-creation of social media imagery, copy, reels, video, ads by using design tools
* POC for DySi: manage the postings on Dynamic Signal and provide training to field teams 2 Internal
Marketing Communication:
* Maintaining and structuring the Marketing Centre on Connect with up-to-date links, templates, and PDFs
* Post marketing updates on Viva Engage/In the Zone, our internal collaboration tool
* Coordinate and create our regular internal Marketing & PR newsflash.
What we are looking for:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications with 2+ years of relevant experience
* Proven ability to run integrated marketing programs (events, partnerships, content, social media)
* Skilled in managing vendors (creative agencies, suppliers) and staying within budget
* Strong copywriting, design, and creative skills; experience with tools like Canva and Emplifi
* Knowledge of any marketing platforms (Salesforce, Google Analytics, Domo, Hootsuite, etc.)
* Excellent communication skills in English; native in Dutch or French
* Proactive, detail-oriented, flexible, and a strong team player
* Ability to track performance (leads, ROI) and adapt strategies accordingly
* Works effectively within brand guidelines, considering local/cultural nuances
* Builds strong internal/external relationships and shares best practices across teams
