Twipe is a mediatech scale-up based in Leuven, Belgium working with leading newspaper publishers in Europe and the US to grow their digital subscribers and sustain quality journalism. We offer cloud based digital edition publishing, analytics, and personalization solutions. Our innovative solutions accelerate the growth of newspapers including Le Monde, The Telegraph and the various titles of Mediahuis (De Standaard, Het Nieuwsblad, De Telegraaf,…).
To inspire our industry, we gather and analyze industry knowledge and share insights with our growing Future of News publishers’ community.
In order to modernize our whole back-end infrastructure to a cloud-native solution with horizontal scalability using domain driven and behavior driven design, we are looking for a back end developer to reinforce our team.
Responsibilities
* You build a scalable platform for millions of users with end-to-end feature delivery.
* You maintain system availability and monitoring while managing costs.
* You optimize CI/CD pipelines and write clean, testable code.
* You review pull requests to uphold team standards.
* You manage AWS infrastructure with infrastructure-as-code.
Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in C# development
* Strong knowledge of C# .net (6 and >)
* Experience with relational databases such as SQL, cloud technologies such as AWS
* Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as Terraform is a strong plus
* Experience with both API development and batch processing
