Team/division description
You will be working within the Construction team, as part of Plant & Environmental Engineering Division.
Our main purpose is to coordinate new plant construction and expansion of existing European Manufacturing Plants.
Your responsibilities
1. Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, cost efficient, timely, qualitative and sustainable manner
2. Conduct on site investigations and analyse data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
3. Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
4. Assess potential risks, materials and costs
5. Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
6. Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
7. Handle over to the internal customer the resulting structures and services for use
8. Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
9. Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
10. Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required

11. Minimum five years of relevant experience in building construction & safety management
12. You are fluent in English (TME business language)
13. Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD
14. Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, required surveys, regulatory approvals and permitting etc
15. Project management and supervision skills
16. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
17. License of professional engineer
18. BS/MA in Construction, Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering
