Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Gemeenschappenlaan 110, 1200 Sint-Lambrechts-Woluwe (2 days remote work)
Full-time – Permanent contract

Are you a natural networker with an eye for talent and a passion for growth? Do you get energy from matching people, rolling out creative ideas, and making an impact on a fast-moving organization? Then you might be the Talent Acquisition Specialist we are looking for.
In this role, you will actively contribute to attracting, selecting, and onboarding new talent within our IT consultancy environment. You’ll have the opportunity to make your mark on both the operational side (search & recruitment) and strategic HR projects, including employer branding. You will report directly to the HR Manager and work closely with the management team, including the CEO and sales team.
Your responsibilities
Search & Recruitment
* Manage the full recruitment cycle: from intake interview to contract offer.
* Actively source candidates via multiple channels and tools (including LinkedIn Recruiter).
* Write compelling job ads and provide clear, constructive feedback to candidates.
* Act as a sparring partner for management regarding intake and profile requirements.
Job Fairs & Employer Branding
* Represent darwind at career fairs and events.
* Strengthen our employer brand with creative visuals and social media content.
* Contribute to campaigns and support the optimization of our website and social channels.
Onboarding
* Ensure a warm welcome and smooth integration for new colleagues.
* Follow up during their first months to secure engagement and retention.
Internal Projects
* Help build and grow our alumni community.
* Support our mentor-mentee program and internal communication initiatives.
Your profile
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences (HR, Psychology, Economics) or another relevant field.
* Experience in recruitment within a corporate environment.
* Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Strong networker with a natural ability to connect.
* Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented.
* Independent, structured, and result-driven.
* Fluent in Dutch, with good knowledge of French and English.
* Interest in new technology and data management.
