Arranged BV was founded in 2011 and is now a leading specialist in efficient filtration solutions and industrial innovations. Many products that you use every day, in your home or your car, have been processed in part with our filters. With a customer base spread across Europe, a sister company in Germany and another one opening in Croatia this year, we think and work internationally.

What will you be doing?
· You will identify and develop new business opportunities for our filtration products, markets and customers.
· You will develop and implement strategic plans to support the company's growth.
· You will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, partners and stakeholders.
· You will conduct market analyses to identify trends, opportunities and competition.
· You will manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiations and closure.
· You develop and implement marketing strategies to increase the visibility and appeal of the company.
· You will actively seek an international investor for new scanning technology.
· You will work closely with the CEO.
Who are you?
· Preferably, you have a degree in business administration, marketing, management or a related field. If you do not have a degree but can demonstrate relevant experience, don't be afraid to take a chance. We are mainly looking for someone who dares to be entrepreneurial.
· You have a personal affinity with technology and/or are interested in learning more about our field.
· You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English. Knowledge of a third language is an advantage.
· You demonstrate a strong entrepreneurial spirit and are willing to take risks and contribute to long-term growth.
· You communicate fluently and effectively and are skilled at building relationships, both within and outside the organisation.
· You are curious and willing to continuously learn, both professionally and personally.
· You have an open mind and dare to think outside the box. We are a small organisation, so we are open to initiative and new ways of thinking.
· You enjoy traveling, both within and outside Europe, to build and maintain customer relationships.
