KONE BeLux has a highly challenging opportunity for a CSE Engineer Solution to support our activities in Belgium and Luxemburg for the complete replacement of elevators.
How You Can Contribute to KONE's Mission:
In this role, you will develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and solutions and provide technical expertise to our sales and operational teams. Your technical expertise will enable the sales teams to propose the right solutions and support the operational teams in the installation of these solutions.
You will be responsible for projects in Belgium and Luxemburg. For this role, you will spend 50% of your time in the field and 50% in the office.
Key Responsibilities in KONE's Sales Process
* Provide input for pre-tender and pre-booking reviews (technical solutions, costs, lead times, risk assessments, verification of technical content in contracts, etc.);
* Assist sales teams during negotiations with customers;
* Conduct activities for the holistic design of solutions;
* Lead complete engineering in close collaboration with our factories up to the handover;
* Transfer engineering to the project engineer for the most complex cases after the sales-to-project management handover.
Key Responsibilities in KONE's Operations
* Formulate solutions tailored to customer needs in close collaboration with our factories;
* Analyze requirements and propose new solution designs;
* Verify necessary details for material orders and finalize drawings/documentation;
* Propose various approaches and 'out-of-the-box' solutions to the Project Manager;
* Provide solution-related information to Operations.
What We Expect from You:
* A bachelor or a master degree in engineering, electromechanics, or equivalent experience;
* Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD;
* Ambitious, eager to learn, and always seeking opportunities for improvement;
* Strong attention to detail and necessary commercial skills;
* Fluency in English and Dutch or French, knowledge of the other national language is a plus.
