For one of our strategic clients located in the area of Liège, we are looking for an experienced Change Manager with a strong operational mindset, capable of driving change both at strategic and field level.
This role requires regular travel between Belgium (Liège) and France (Paris region)and close collaboration with operational teams on the ground.
Mission objectives:
The Change Manager will be responsible for designing and deploying change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of transformation initiatives, while minimizing resistance and maximizing engagement across teams.
The position combines methodological expertise (ADKAR / Prosci) with a hands-on, field-oriented approach.
Key responsibilities
Change strategy & framework
* Define and structure the overall change management approach aligned with the program objectives
* Perform stakeholder mapping and impact analysis
* Identify risks, resistance points and mitigation actions
* Design and implement change plans, including:
* Communication plan
* Training plan
* Stakeholder engagement plan
Operational deployment (on the field)
* Act as a key interface with operational teams, ensuring proximity to the business
* Support and coach managers and teams through the transformation
* Drive on-the-ground change activities and ensure alignment with real operational constraints
* Facilitate workshops, collect feedback and adapt the approach accordingly
Communication & adoption
* Develop and deliver targeted communication actions
* Ensure consistency of messaging across all stakeholders
* Monitor adoption KPIs and change performance indicators
* Propose and implement corrective actions when needed
Sustainability & anchoring
* Ensure long-term embedding of new ways of working
* Measure adoption and business impact post-implementation
* Contribute to continuous improvement of change practices
Profile
* Proven experience as Change Manager in complex transformation environments
* Strong knowledge of Prosci / ADKAR methodology
* Demonstrated ability to work close to operations / on the field (not only strategic)
* Experience in industrial environments is a strong asset
* Experience in SAP-related transformations is a major plus
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to operate in multi-site and international environments
